The facts are these:

The Game was a male stripper and as fake as it gets (imitating his guests on his tracks, photoshopping himself on a Pac pic).

His last album sold 30k in the first week, 2x the amount of copies that Thug sold with his mixtape.

He dissed Young Thug as a publicity stunt for his upcoming album.

I've said in another thread that Nas remains relevant in this decade, and has 2 good albums (Life Is Good and Distant Relatives with Damian Marley to prove it), so I don't know why you bring him up. Also, being relevant =/= making good music, and The Game =/= relevant and =/= makes good music in the last years.

* Obligatory reminder that Pac had a nose ring and was a male ballerina, if this happened today who knows what you guys would say. Stop worrying about other men's d----s ffs

I can assure you that if this beef was between The Game and Danny Brown people would take game's side and say that Danny is an autist, he has no teeth, he looks like a tranny and his voice is r-----ed. Oh, and he had the worse verse on that track with Em and Big Sean. I'm picking Danny because you mentioned him earlier, and I'm also a big fan.

I'm just saying this because you're actually the only person who doesn't like Thug but actually took the time to post some things that make sense. I don't agree with most of them and I like the album a lot, but I can see where you're coming from. If you listen again it might click on you, or you could check out some of his earlier work like 1017 and Rich g---, if you haven't already. I don't understand some of your criticisms but that's not the point here.

I don't know if you've read other threads about YT here, or if you've read the previous pages, but the Young Thug arc on this forum has been like this:
-> news about Carter 6 => people see the nose ring and call him gay and disrespectful (Pac had a nose ring / Thug meant this to be a tribute to Wayne, and they were still cool at that time, they also had a trak together last year)
-> name change => thug is a p---- and a fa----
-> album drops, narsh reviews it => bias, how can this be better than Love Story. Like, seriously? Love Story? stfu, can you guys actually read and not look at the score? Why would you even compare these albums.
-> people call thug gay, narsh mainly and a few others who like thug (like me) discussed the album
-> people who don't like thug started creating threads on a regular basis (thug sold 15k LOL, thug is trash, thug is trash 2, thug is gay). People who don't like Thug have made more threads about him than people who like Young Thug. This should tell you something about how f----- up some dudes are.
-> people say that rap is dead because of gay rappers rn, well, I'm pretty sure that you agree with me that rap is in a good place atm and many interesting rappers are part of the scene.

I'm not sure if @Narsh's patience is admirable or r-----ed at this point lol, and I'm not sure how many people are actually trolling in order to bait him, but the thing is that he's talking about an artist that he likes, and that review is his review, and has valid points about Thug's appeal, which would help someone new to his music. That review is his opinion on Thug's new album, not a random review.

@Fried posted earlier that it's not healthy to talk about Thug's music all the time, well it's not healthy to post in every f---ing thread the same things. I mean, it's really not healthy to be so negative all the time. Just let him be, it's not a big deal. If you really need to post the same sentence or the fan favourite in every thread, well, that's kinda sad lol

I think it's clear that it's not Narhs who's acting like a kid here

young thug just isnt talented. period.

it doesnt take much to see that he is in the same caliber of corny artist such as soulja boy, gucci mane, chief keef, shawty lo, yung joc etc. its all just shallow, repetitive, dance, poppy bs.

all that s--- IS a genre of music (unfortunately). what i dont like is that it is marketed as HIP-HOP when it ISNT. im not sure what the f--- to call it, but it aint hip-hop. if that s--- came out in the 90's all of those guys would of got popped.

now i got no problem if your into that corny s---. thats just your taste in music. its not for me, but hey whatever. each to their own. but to compare young thug to game when their genre of music differs is stupid. one is hip-hop, and one isnt. and if it came down to it game would MURK thug on a track. if your think otherwise your in some serious f---ing denial.

i have noticed there are certain members of this board who think it is "cool" or "popular" to like the artist everyone hates and knows isnt talented. just as there are members who think its "cool" or "popular" to hate the artist that a lot of people like or who is actually talented, like eminem for example. this behavior is getting f---ing old and tiring, and comes across to me as nothing other than typical internet trolling.

oh and sorry @Narsh but your wrong on this one buddy. Young Thug is garbage. i once actually respected your album reviews. but giving thug a 9/10 is a joke.
