Apr 19, 2017 Serious post. The album is nowhere near his best work. I would say it is about on par with TPAB and could be slightly better with more time. The highs on d--- are better than TBAP but the lows are a lot lower than anything on TBAB. GKMC I still enjoy the best out of his albums. Never really got into S80. BLOOD. I don't really consider this a track...more like a skit. If this was on anyone else's album you guys would not rate it. With that said...it's an excellent album opener. DNA. 11/10. Perfection. Best track on the album and possibly my favorite track of his. If anyone ever wonders this is the kendrick I like. I'm praying for the day we get an entire album of bangers. YAH. 8.5 ELEMENT. this is a strange one to rate. The verses on this track might be my favorite on the album buuuuut dear god that hook is cringeworthy. I have a version with the hook edited out and it's a 9.5/10 track. With the hook I would say a 6/10 FEEL. 10/10 enough said LOYALTY. 0/10 I hate pop songs like this. Puts me to sleep. One of kendricks worst songs. Any song I'll never listen to again is a 0/10. It's an amazing song for those that like this style. PRIDE. 4/10 boring HUMBLE. 7/10 Really not sure how to rate this track. I loved it when it first dropped but have mixed feeling on it now. Not sure if it belongs on the album... LUST. 8/10 LOVE. 0/10 see LOYALTY ---. The siren beat part of the song? 10/10. The track ad a whole? 6/10 FEAR. 3/10. He used the beat better on heart part 4. GOD. 0/10 see LOYALTY and LOVE DUCKWORTH. 9.5. Best album closer I have heard in years. Great storytelling, brought the whole album full circle, and an excellent product placement/shoutout/sponsorship/ of KFC. Calculated Overall 5.5/10 Overall with my edits 9/10 My overall rating of the album 7/10

I get the dislike for the pop songs and stuff but I'm pretty happy that I can go to parties and pre drinks and play kendrick songs that people that aren't super into rap can enjoy. This album has music for every mood I'm in which is something I couldn't say about tpab, had to only listen to that when I was in a certain headspace. I really enjoy this album and I may end up liking it more then gkmc but won't say for sure until a few years from now haha (Meaning I Won't Actually compare The Two till A few years from now)
Apr 20, 2017 I don't get how someone can hear someone sing "if I gotta slap a p---- a--- n----- imma make it look sexy" and be like oh wow that's dope! Sounds like something Future or a young money rapper would say haha. Either way the bars are fire in ELEMENT just the hook is awful and doesn't fit the rest of the song.

May 10, 2017 If u dont have "Feel" as a 10/10 then somethings wrong lol...I feel like that track is soo deep and so relevant to this day in age we are living in
