solid mid-tier em album. not his worse, but def some embarrassing and glaring weaknesses. as others have said, its soo commercial and pop-driven, not that thats necessarily bad. it was an album he had to make - and while im sure a lot of the production and lyrics dont hold up - still holds a special place in my heart as someone who graduated hs, college, then entered young adulthood waiting for the world to be into him again.

better than revival and the version of encore that got officially released imo. probably better than mmlp2, which was just as poppy but more bloated

Solid album, some great songs on it for sure. I used to say it's Eminem's 4th classic, but MTBMB dropped.

I'd like to hear some unreleased songs from that era tbh.

Nope, not a chance! Em and Paul we to take enjoyment from getting people hopes up and then just dropping some random merch like the only person in the world that matters is Zolt Shady. So I expect nothing nowadays except some new merch.

A lot of you have a problem with eminem because you cant enjoy his sense of humor. The man is capable and actually known for being angry and serious in his songs, but hes always been a funny, comedy rapper to me. But a lot of you think his sense of humor is corny and thats where most of the problem with eminem is.

I say you are all just boring and one dimensional, afraid of goofy fun because you're oh so serious, you cant laugh at stupid jokes eminem makes. But the stupid jokes and punchlines are what makes eminem unique. Sure, he may have some dumb lines here and there, but his heart is in the right place when he makes those cringey punchlines and you have to respect the fact he can be silly as well as serious or angry.

I'm just sorry you cant enjoy eminem as intended. I'll take a rapper who tries to make me laugh but maybe fails over a rapper who takes himself too seriously and paints a gloomy, hard picture of himself any time.

Cocaine, although it sounds unfinished, is one of his best tracks post hiatus. Kinda reminds me of Airplanes Part 2 vibes
