Dec 15, 2014 Nah. I said that the songs of MMLP 2 as a whole are better than those of Recovery. GTC is a top 10 since his comeback. WTP is a decent song. I forget about Seduction.
Dec 16, 2014 remembering relapse or encore because half of the songs are great and half are unlistenable doesn't make mmlp2 more forgettable and forgettable is by definition opinion anyone could say that. the lyrics are on point, he's still working out what he wants to sound like. i'm glad he's making music during this period as opposed to 05-08
Dec 16, 2014 the theme is that most of the songs are from the point of view of marshall mathers, as opposed to (the) slim shady (lp) or (the) eminem (show). these are once again characters that he plays and maybe not everyone cares to keep up with it all. and mmlp2's counting is, for the idk how manyth time, an act as well. watch the cypher again maybe, i can't in good conscience say that the studio album that got him from recovery to that is forgettable but since this is which is the better album not whose highs are debatably higher, i agree with the op, the following post and the poll
Dec 16, 2014 Its actually by far his best since his comeback. I remember when it first leaked it was getting great reviews & being called a modern TES lol. It does have alot better songs than Relapse & MMLP2 like Talkin 2 Myself,No Love,Cinderella Man, 25 to Life,Space Bound,Going Thru Changes,Seduction. Its not perfect (too much repetitive shouting,generic production on certain songs) but still a very good album. I wish all the tracks were mixed by Dre on it as some of the beats sound unfinished & rushed unlike Relapse where the production was very good but the content terrible.

Dec 16, 2014 My rating of all Eminem albums.. Infinite - 6/10 SSLP - 10/10 MMLP - 10/10 TES - 9/10 Encore - 5/10 Relapse - 7/10 Recovery - 6/10 MMLP2 - 6.5/10 (after multiple in depth listens) How anyone can find joy in any post 'Eminem Show' album is beyond me.
