Dec 21, 2014 pathetic? he's pretty obviously under the influence here inb4 oh poor me who hasn't had a drug problem in this town
Dec 21, 2014 He clearly didn't "get" the Stern show.... It was back when Stern was good and called him out on s---. He laid off of ripping him as the years went on since his daughter was a big fan. I think he was holding out on getting them to meet or something. Wonder if it ever happened. Doubt it.
Dec 21, 2014 Wow thanks for posting this. Great watch. Eminem was so different and more outgoing back then. Funny how the one caller said he'd be a one hit wonder and Em flipped. I'm not gonna lie I thought the same thing when I first heard My Name Is on the radio. Also anybody notice he says he's 24 in this video? He had to have been at least 26-27 if this was in 1999 when SSLP dropped.
Dec 23, 2014 Relapse is probably my favorite release since his comeback. But it's kind of hard to pick between the three because they all lack something the other album has.
Dec 23, 2014 Relapse felt like the most Eminem like album if that makes sense. In Recovery & MMLP2 I felt like he was leaning more towards making songs for the radio.
Dec 23, 2014 Even though Recovery is a very "pop" album, i agree that it's his best since his comeback, some of the tracks on there are just amazing. Relapse was a great album but it felt like he was wearing out the whole Slim Shady character. MMLP2 was alright but it is definitely one of his worse albums alongside Shady XV. Em's flows and delivery on MMLP2 and XV just ain't cutting it and it almost feels like Eminem is trying too hard hard to put in a decent rhyme scheme but not enough effort is being put into his delivery. On Recovery, Em's lyric complexity and delivery were on point and the only track i don't really enjoy from the album is Not Afraid.
Dec 23, 2014 the xv solo material is his best and my favorite since comeback and i don't care if not a single sl user agrees
Nov 8, 2015 Not only is Recovery the best album since the come back, it's also Eminem's 4th classic. I literally enjoy every single song on it, including Won't Back Down.
Nov 8, 2015 Either Recovery or MMLP 2, though I don't listen to them very often. Can't listen to Relapse as a whole anymore.
Nov 8, 2015 Since his comeback... 1. Recovery 2. h---: The Sequel 3. Shady XV 4. Southpaw Soundtrack 5. MMLP2 6. Relapse 7. Refill
Nov 8, 2015 By the way hard to believe he's released seven projects in the six years since his comeback.
Nov 8, 2015 HTS > RECOVERY > RELAPSE > MMLP2 But in my opinion. His s--- on SHADYXV and Southpaw is some of hsi best s---. Like his next album if it isnt like MMLP2 (all over the place), will be a classic. MMLP2 had some amazing//classic tracks.. BUT, it was just put together very badly as an album. It felt like a bunch of songs together, didnt feel like an album.
Nov 8, 2015 Lmfao f--- Recovery. The beats are hit or miss, and the album is loaded with cringeworthy punchlines and it represents really an era truly (2010-2012) of forced, corny punchlines, not to mention food references and d-ck jokes. Just hoarse, out of tone screaming for 16 tracks over poppy beats and s---. It's not a horrible album but it's certainly his most overly praised. Relapse sounds way more appealing to the ear than that s---, and MMLP2 blows that s--- away by miles. I can't take anyone seriously who says it's even remotely better than MMLP2. I'm just convinced people hate on whatever Em does recently for fun until they go back years later and change their tone. 4 years ago everybody shat on Relapse and said h--- the Sequel was a colossal failure nd now people are putting it over an album with songs like "Bad Guy" , "Evil Twin" , "Headlights" , "Legacy" , "Brainless" and etc. I guess you're free to your opinion but f--- I couldnt disagree anymore with it.
