    Recovery = Cold Wind Blows, Talkin' To Myself, WTP, Not Afraid, Space Bound, & Love the Way you Lie

    MMLP 2 = Bad Guy, Legacy, Berzerk, Rap God, Brainless, The Monster, Headlights, & Beautiful Pain


    Those songs for MMLP 2 just simply outweigh the songs for Recovery




    Just my opinion man :kanye3: :noah2: :idk:

    Eminem's sound just isn't gonna be popular anymore. His style is a thing of the past no matter how good his lyrics or flow or whatever are.

    Well yeah lol but I mean as far as critics go or reviews or new hip hop fans, they'll always like the dumbed down pop artists we have these days. Outside of a few solid artists with mainstream appeal, rap isn't ever gonna be what it once was. Most of the best rappers are never gonna be popular

    yh but the sales of mmlp2 for example were really good if you consider the fact that most people dont buy CDs anymore, because they stream it online.

    This is a good post.

    Nostalgia has a lot more of an 'emotional pull' on peoples opinions, (perhaps even subconsciously sometimes) when it comes to em than we give it credit for.

    It wouldn't matter if em made an album technically/sonically/completely superior to the MMLP or TES. I can guarantee there would be an absolute shed load of people who wouldn't be able to appreciate it for what it was, because its no longer 2003. We're all like 12 years older now for starters,you aint ever gonna feel the same feeling, you aint ever gonna feel that same impact.

    Anyone looking to catch that lightening trapped in a bottle twice, are setting themselves up for disappointment time and time again, because you aint gonna be able to recapture that moment in your life.

    Let it go.... appreciate em for the skills he still does have, and if you aint feeling it no more, time to stop checking for him and move on with your life.

    MMLP2 has the least replay value of any album I've heard so Recovery

    Recovery by a small margin. Didn't like both albums much, but Recovery has more replay value than MMLP2.

    I think mmlp 2 will be one of those albums that you'll appreciate later because its incredible in some phases of rap. The bonus disc is fantastic also. Evil twin is sick as f--- too

    mmlp2 was a small step in the right direction after his career bottomed out with Recovery. It was better than Relapse or Encore, but not by much, so it is probably the best of his bad albums, and miles behind his three good ones.
