    that being said, watched the gameplay video for the sequel.. s--- looks incredible lol

    It makes sense because you paid a lot of money for an expensive vehicle.
    But it's just hilarious that a game called "Grand Theft Auto" doesn't allow you to steal another player's vehicle lmao.
    It's just ironic.
