Jun 11, 2015 I didn't say that it CAN'T be, I said that we SHOULDN'T encourage it. The system is perfectly fine the way it is, why change something if it's working perfectly fine? If it is changed, so be it, I'm fine with it because I won't abuse it, but there will be people who will.
Jun 11, 2015 I can partly unterstand where you guys are coming from, but there are bad posters with low like counts as well. Implementing dislikes/reps might be a good idea to do justice now, but it hurts growth in the long-run.

Jun 11, 2015 Is anyone really gonna NOT sign up on a message board cuz there's a dislikes option? I mean I guess you never know but seems hard to believe. Since people seem worried about points, maybe a good idea would be to have dislikes but to not have them factor into your points so they can't take anything away from you.
