I can see why Joe Budden hated Shady Records. Him and Joell got one verse a piece on this entire project. I liked the 2.0 roster, what a waste.

    Disorderly Progress What's cookin?

Title track is absolutely fire and some of his best humour in a while - the Rihanna joke is great, and the little 'meh', calling himself a sociopath; also the joke about putting Fack on 'Greatest Hits', the way he just stops music, says it, then that kick-a--- delivery of... NOW THAT WAS AWESOME!! and flipping it so it's cool @ taking balls to do that...

Even though it feels a little more towards SSLP because of the cartoony and goofier feeling... it's probably the closest he's come to MMLP 2.0 / humour and persona, along with 'Rap God'. If MMLP2 was more like that and 'Rap God' consistently... it would have been pure greatness and on-point.

'Fine Line' is pretty great too, some great writing (the heroin / ordeals / vain s--- was great) and a good song overall, classic bridge.

'Right for Me' is kind of impressive but kind of just boring babble too...

'DVE' is pretty good, good verses on all accounts. Big fan of Danny Brown's crazy s---.

    'Guts Over Fear' pretty good.

'Vegas' is outstanding. Again very MMLP2ish with the humour and my god how much better is he on there than throughout most of MMLP2. He really did f--- up that album by trying to be all things to all people like on 'Revival'. If he had just stuck to the persona... like, look already:

    1. Rap God
    2. Vegas

Imagine them together, they feel right. I wouldn't be surprised if 'Vegas' was actually for MMLP2, something he left off, because his humour and delivery there feels so on-point or like he was specifically going for it - it's perfect and an incredible verse.

'Psychopath Killer' also incredible, all great verses and brilliant Em verse and again perfect kind of content for MMLP2, could have been on there too.

I can't believe how much he f----- up MMLP2 thinking about it now, going through some of these tracks, and thinking of its potential... the amount of f---ing tones he put on there. How you gonna be 'Brainless' guy one minute and 'Headlights' man the next, doesn't work. MMLP2 he is the same guy throughout.

'Twisted' is aiyt. Pretty great musically.

Everything else is meh, oh yeah what's that relationship track... 'Die Alone', some impressive spots but overall kinda s-----y sounding, like Recovery 2.

Overall though I don't know how people can say it's so bad, his rapping and his solo songs on there all range from good-excellent.

Die Alone is so horrible lol. Compare that to the love songs he makes now (Farewell, Never Love Again).

Honestly EMs verses for the most part on this project weren't that bad compared to some stuff before it and definitely some stuff after it. His Vegas and Psychopathic Killer verses>>>

Guts Over Fear was nice. Fine Line was terrific. Besides Die Alone Em did pretty well I think.

f---ing Peep Show though. I may be one of the only people in the world that loves that song , it’s f---ing hilarious. “Let me s--- on your chest and if some pee comes out, just guzzle it down, guzzle it down” ya boy lost his s--- when I first heard that.
Edit: also how you just gone s--- on Kanan like that
Man i f---ing loved the grrrs. I even started doing it in my own songs for a bit :')

Vegas, Down, Psychopath Killer, Guts Over Fear, DvsE

Project’s not actually that bad from what I remembered now I’m looking at it.

I find it odd that he sampled 1 of Luis Resto’s projects for a few of the songs.

Another s--- stain in the shady records discog

Fine Line and GoF are some of his best work in the last decade tho, it also has some of his worst like Right For Me, ShadyXV, Vegas etc.
