    Not entirely true.
    As long as he comes back with a b--- he is allowed to disappear (BET for example) but then never followed up on the success of the cypher they just pretended it never happened and they carried on doing nothing


    REVIVAL had a good concept with the medication s--- but they seemingly dropped that in favour of some political bs

    I mean, that’s what Interscope gets for the worst promotion of all time. And that’s what em gets for putting out a s-----y album. The whole disappear act doesn’t work for Em anymore, he doesn’t have the star power to disappear for years when he feels like it now. He can either start putting out albums more consistently or retire.

    He kept iterating that he had writers block since MMLP2 and only really started the process for this album around late 2016. I feel like some songs like WoW was the direction he wanted to peruse but the label/paul literally forced the pop songs on there He literally made generic pop songs to pad the album

    so whats next for eminem ?

    when relapse didnt do as well as his other albums, he switched to pop rap with recovery, and that has been his sound since

    now that this didnt work, what do u think his next step will be ? is he gonna go full trap and give an album full of believes and chloraseptics? or is he just gonna go back to what he did before recovery since it wont sell as well anyway ?

    So Dre and Em don't speak because of an R. Kelly line? nah. Plus the beats on Relapse don't even sound like something that would be on Detox ... so It's not like Dre had to give any tracks that he would have used for himself. Dre is just lowkey more insecure than Em, and has so much money he doesn't give a f--- about making beats now
