Jun 16, 2015Just got back from the gym, knee was still sore from yesterday's run but I did my usual routine. Quad and calf strength keeps improving which is always a good thing, I had been slacking on my wall sits but I got em done today.
Also went to the doctor yesterday to get my PT prescription extended. She told me its good that its helping me but only gave me 1 more month of PT. After that I'll have to take an MRI since there's still a chance I might have a small tear in one of my ligaments
