These are two totally different accusations. Nice try. Some reports are that it was a hacker group - that's long believed to be russian, though unproven. Also, if the hack was Russia trying to undermine America's democracy (or whatever reason you want for them doing it) it was a phishing scam. they didn't undermine your democracy they pointed out your entire f---ing system is a joke if it can be compromised by a phishing scam lmfao. like this is actually hilarious. (for those that don't know a phishing scam is literally f---ing bottom of the barrel tier hacking (if you could even call it hacking) that anyone can do to some varying degree. For example, every 2 days on steam I receive a message from a russian saying "cyka comrade, it appears you have had unsuccessful logins to your account. making you fixing of these matter please entering your details here http://www.steanncomnnunity.com" it looks similar to the legitimate link steamcommunity.com but they aren't the same. the fake link also directs you to an almost identical steam page where you enter your details and it will send it to the russians. This is like high-effort phishing. but a phishing scam is literally me PMing another user like "hey koolo said your accounts f----- and i need your username and password to fix it" then i log into their account - im not a fucken hacker lol.) America's federal election absolutely shattered by a phishing scam in an email. f---ing woooooooooooooooooooooow.

The 10 REPUBLICAN-led congressional investigations didn't find anything incriminating. The DOJ refused to press charges. Soooooo what do you want me to say? She's a criminal based on nothing? Dec 14, 2016 yeah, but it's weird. reports everywhere that have FBI saying 'DNC was hacked, RNC hack failed.' and lots of reports of CIA saying 'DNC was hacked because russia wanted to sway voters. "guy in fbi says not enough evidence to say russia did it to sway voters" too many conflicting reports all over the place. if they hacked RNC and failed though, to me it just looks like they were trying to f--- the entire election up/cause chaos rather than sway any voters to vote for a singular candidate. (but again, still not clear to me whether or not RNC was hacked and it failed or if it was hacked no worries, or if it wasn't hacked altogether) nytimes has reported that the "RNC was hacked but nothing was leaked" before. But apparently Republicans themselves are saying they weren't hacked. which imo it seems more likely they tried to hack the RNC, but failed in some way and now there's a lot of miss communication about the "hack"
Dec 14, 2016 The reports really aren't all that conflicting though. d--- near all intelligence agencies (17 I believe is the number) are reporting that Russia is behind the hacks. The FBI is the only agency that came out and said "we aren't sure." Swizz addressed this on the last page: RNC was hacked but like you said no information was leaked. Some speculation that this began as simply an information grab for Russia but they quickly realized they could do more with it.
