Safari vs. Chrome

    Isn't Safari just good for Macbooks? I'm running Windows 8.1 & using Chrome right now.

    i get a lot of images with question marks on them.

    Starting to wonder if this switch is a good idea :fly:

    it's very glitchy in comparison, but I do really like the lighter feel.

    Does anyone know if you can save your bookmarks and other settings on Safari? Chrome does it, and it's really useful, especially if you have to do an emergency format or s--- like this. I haven't used Safari, and I really don't have a reason to stop using Chrome.

    Oh yeah I'm on windows too.

    I like safari but I have a MacBook and an iPhone and everything is synced together as far as usernames and passwords, bookmarks, and favorites go. I love that it is very convenient and fluid.

    When I had a PC I always used Firefox because I never had issues with it. Chrome would sometimes f--- up and wouldnt load/play videos and was a pain.

    When I was on PC I would always use Firefox and then I switched to Safari. When I got my MacBook I decided to go with Chrome and I've been hooked ever since. I'm not too picky with my web browsers but I just think Chrome runs the best and does what I need to do best. Oh yeah and Incognito mode ftw!!

    i use both chrome and firefox...but chrome is just better strictly based on how user friendly it is

    i just seen this, mad late.

    yeah that lighter feel is why i switched over. also my MacBooks pretty old and chrome uses more resources that the new safari does.

    what images though, i don't get that :khaled:

    internet explorer looks the cleanest but chrome you can reverse image search and download anything youre streaming

    Chrome all the way... Mostly cuz it's best for web design, it has the most support for newer CSS3 etc.

    Firefox just signed a deal with Yahoo :emoji_neutral_face::gun:

    chrome all the way. safari has gotten better, but chrome feels lighter-weight still, loads (the browser itself) faster, has inspect element tools, offers a wider set of extensions, and plays nice with my chromecast. no reason to change.

    reverse image search is a google thing -- not a chrome thing. http://images.google.com

    Love both chrome and firefox, use both of them. FF on desktop, Chrome on devices. Just my preference
