Feb 28, 2016 at the beginning when no one rly knew what isis was, private people fund it to fight al-assad, the gov never allowed it..but they didnt make a stand on it early on (years ago)..when they killed the first person publicly, the gov issued that any funding from any body within the country will be considered as funding terrorism and will result in more than 10 years in jail
