Also how could you criminalize ammunition? You realize you can buy reloading machines and load thousands of bullets in a day? My one friend is huge into reloading and I’ve watched the process of reloading. Banning ammo all together just isn’t a reasonable solution that would pass. You’re thinking too simple.

The Obama admin tried limiting ammunition and it never worked. He banned lead bullet ammunition the day before he left office and the trump administration already revoked it. Banning material that makes bullets would be something that could help in the future, but I think there would be too many disagreements for it happen. Just trying to think of a logical solution is tough on this subject. Once you start talking about banning really anything relating to guns and ammo, you’re going to have a huge majority of the US people bring up 2nd amendment gun rights. It’s just a never ending argument imo.

Why can’t mentally stable people have AR15s? I just enjoy having one and buying stock parts for it time to time to make it my “survival” gun, in case of any tradegies where I need to defend myself. People aren’t allowed to own guns as a hobby? That’s extremely s-----y logic and why something like that will never happen. Do you really think people are just going to be like “heres my AR that costs me over a grand in parts” You realize there’s so many unregistered AR’s out there that criminals and psychos own that wouldn’t be in the system yet the average, normal gun owner risks them giving up their gun because they bought it legally. Horrible idea you have.

You admitting certain meds make you want to k--- yourself make me realize someone like you shouldn’t own a gun. I was talking about the government abusing the system saying people even on high blood pressure medicine, or cancer patients being forced to give up their guns.

Legal drugs? That's a misconception.

In reality we decriminalize usage. We create shooting rooms for addicts with clean tools and with people that can help you start rehab if you are willing to do it.

Lol @ ignoring the fact there’s already hundreds of thousands unregistered AR’s in criminals and the cartels hands. If they have an AR then I legally want an AR to protect myself from them. Good luck when some psycho with a loaded gun runs into your
House one day leaving you either dead or mentally scarred for life with all your s--- stolen. I would be way too paranoid giving up my weapons knowing there’s still thousands in circulation that criminals have.

Armed robberies happen everyday. It’s a statistically proven fact. It’s just “when” it’s your house that gets invaded. It’s too narrow minded to think no ones ever going to rob me when I’m watching local neighbors on the f---ing news being shot in their own home with their s--- stolen.

I don’t even sleep without a loaded weapon. I can’t even go to the grocery store anymore without a weapon because I’m too paranoid of being shot.

I own multiple handguns too. I like having an AR in the trunk of my car in case wherever I go one day a apocalypse happens and roads get jammed and damaged. At least I have chance to get to where I need to go then. One pistol on my side, one on my ankle and a AR strapped across my body. Hoping to replace an AR with an AK-47 one day as my survival gun.

If you look into earths past, there’s natural disasters like comets, asteroids hitting earth resulting in most of humanity being wiped out with a few who have enough survival gear to stay alive. Better to be prepared then taken as a hostage or a slave before being killed by other people who have guns one day in case of a natural disaster.
