Dec 29, 2014 No, you're defintely NOT crazy if you leave FHD out of your top 5. Probably just means you've heard, at the very least, five albums that were better lol. Not that mindblowing
Dec 29, 2014 The relating argument doesn't make sense to me at all. In some cases, like a breakup and relate to 808, sure, but I guess most people can't relate to jay dealing drugs, eminem raping his mother, kanye sending pictures of his d-ck etc but it doesn't make the music better or worse.
Dec 29, 2014 you heard it here first guys, Mak has officially declared that, at the most, there are no more than 4 albums better than FHD this year! thank god, we were all getting pretty confused juggling all the other great releases this year but you made it much easier
Dec 29, 2014 yeah idk about that last one hahah, but the rest of this post is on point. runaway is the most relatable song for our generation tbh
Dec 29, 2014 Right after I posted this I immediately thought Runaway as a whole is a bad example but I wanted to mention a Kanye song and that was the first one that came up lol
Dec 29, 2014 Timeout from the bickering for a sec - I loved the Mack avy but this ones even doper...nice work
Dec 29, 2014 Patronizing isn't your thing. Stick to letting everyone know you're a neuroscience major and giving everyone second hand embarrassment. Your attempts to be funny are making me throw up.
Dec 29, 2014 Sorry I didn't respond to your post lol. I've been traveling/on my phone. You seem to have a grasp on a decent amount of young thug material. I'd suggest you just give it more listens, became even among the projects you mentioned, there are tracks that directly contradict the descriptions/generalizations you've made And browse YouTube lol, it's like a playground for young thug tracks since he has so much random material out. Sorry I'm not more of a help atm, but you can ask @Fire Squad its all about letting it sink in - he's a newly converted believer. Thought young thug was meaningless/hype music, now sees the light
Dec 29, 2014 Yeah I need to give his stuff more play. I'll look into his music more in depth and with any luck, start to like more of his music.
Dec 29, 2014 The rich g--- tape has some of the best songs of the year Givenchy, flava, tell em (lies), keep it going, bullet, see you, 730, just to name a few Also look and download the leaks from rich g--- 2...it's pretty much its own mixtape at this point because they said they aren't using any of the tracks for RG2 anymore. Up up and away, should I, water, mister, ain't trippin, warrior etc And you keep talking about lack of depth right? Milk Marie on RG1 is a great love song (as is he first half of Givenchy). The RG2 leaks has a track called Never Made where they both touch on how they've never truly made love, even with significant others. So yeah lol, there's more than meets the eye
