    In scale all of them are small as f---. Saw a video on a man starting from the highest northern point to the furthest southern point by just running, and it took him 30 minutes.

    Isn't it only coming out on consoles, that f---ing sucks man I got a ps3 I still play rdr on every once in a while but I mainly use my computer now

    it was but it at least it fit the western feel. I remember a campsite with tall guard post and we'd play King Of The Hill.

    yeah just a bit weird seeing the map like that, it's like by todays standards you should be able to make a similar map in say unreal engine within an hour lol (provided you already have the models, it just drag n drop/painting grass/water pretty much).

    Never played GTA PC mods myself but I’ve seen a few videos on them and they look f---ing sick

    They’ve added mods for natural disasters etc making the environment seem much more real. They should take ideas from those guys who spend hours modding the current games...

    Saw one where they went to space lmao

    GTAV mods made the news about 3 months ago because someone made a mod that made all the police look like the New South Wales Auastralian police force. pretty much a re-skin and minor re-model. police IRL were full saying how they were gonna find and shut down whoever was making them and arrest people lololololololol

    They always preach about better hardware equals a "bigger" map but in reality you have to take into account NPCs, how good the map renders, more activity means more potential glitches.

    Happy we're light years from the past, yet we're still getting s-----y games that look nothing like the E3 trailers lmao

    yes bc we all want to play in a city where there is no distinct attribute that makes it unique and could easily be mistaken for another state nobody cares about.

    Nyc and miami, especially miami, gets boring.
    D.C. nice but if they include the white house and landmarks they'd get heat for it.
