    Haven't heard this yet. I didn't even know it was a new album, thought it was some greatest hits type release :manny:
    gonna peep it soon. also giving MMLP2 and Recovery another listen. The main issue is that these projects are just way too long and draining to make through 80 minutes of just eminem

    See the thing with Em, is he needs some sort of inspiration/motivation to write. Back in the day it was his struggle, then that moved to his controversy, then his fame, then his drug problems, then his recovery etc etc... now that he's clean, sober, and rich, his inspiration/motivation is rap. So he raps about rapping lol. While that ain't so bad, it means we get less emotional/heartfelt stuff as that's just not what he's feeling at the moment. It reminds me of when 50 got rich and successful and the quality of his writing dropped massively. Luckily with Em, we have a guy who has amazing technical ability, unlike 50 lol.

    so i made my own custom version of the greatest hits disk, because personally i think the retail version sux beyond belief. Ive tried to include every shady records artist (excluding bobby creekwater because he was always irrelevant and never released anything decent), while trying to pick a tracklist based on the success/popularity of the songs as singles, and tried to make it all flow nicely together. Everything has been volume leveled and all songs are CDQ/DIRTY/NODJ.

    Lose yourself demo is at least worth checking out, if you just heard GoF. And Fine Line. Maybe other decent songs like PK, DvE, and maybe Vegas. But the rest is forgettable

    Maybe a statement that they don't like current Eminem and they want to say it that way lol. It's obvious that you shouldn't expect much but a few gems are always welcome imo no matter what artist. Cws yeah I'm sure that's the reason..

    I guarantee that Eminem cannot produce better than Kanye or Travis or Mac Miller and rippity-rapping fast doesn't make you bettet

    Owl Pharaoh, BTI and WMWTSO were more interesting and versatile than Em's entire career
