I think the fact you are asking this question is all the proof you need to justify a ban.
I don't get involved in any JMG discussions since it's all so childish and trivial. But he does infuriate a ton of members.
Sure, one could argue that people who don't find him funny to just ignore him, but he does constantly stir the pot and play the role. He hijacked the biggest thread in this section. At a certain point it goes from being comical to destructive (destructive isn't the word I want to use here but I can't think of a better term).
