    They certainly deserve some blame for carelessly tagging along and Tony Blair (the UK's prime minister at the time) has come out and stated that he's sorry for the many mistakes he made in regards to the Iraq war. At the end of the day though, the U.K. Isn't the country who decided to disband Saddam's army. That was all the U.S. and that's what specifically lead to the spawn of ISIS.

    Yeah all I'm saying is if someone wants to blame the U.S. For what's happening today because of the invasion, the UK shares some of the blame
