Feb 21, 2016 Just because something is a certain way doesn't mean it needs to stay that way or that there's any good logic behind it being that way and if by risen, you mean a lot have been repeatedly forced or pressured to, then sure No, not ALL women are strong enough to do that But neither are all men. So this isn't a good reason and that's also some incredibly sexist logic... because you're basically saying all women are inherently weak and all men are strong, which is wrong on both accounts Then why can't all women be drafted too? And they do the same for the ones not strong enough for combat? Hmm? And they were practically drafting kids straight out of high school back then lmao, there's nothing to say that all the men they took were prepared for that or in top shape/the proper size for war or being on the front lines None of your logic holds up fam
Feb 21, 2016 Just to put out some perspective, conscription exists in Israel where all citizens over the age of 18 have to enlist with the military by law. This has existed in Israel since the late 40's and they haven't seen any issues with both men and women serving. It should be noted that even after you're drafted, you have to go through mandatory training. It's not like the government is going to throw out some incapable person into the battlefield. That would simply put more of their soldiers in danger and they know that.
