Dec 13, 2017 I thought the very point of an opinion was that everyone was entitled to one. by the standard of the form : relapse stayed 8, SSLP was 9, and MMLP and TES were 10 if you want to know. jesus christ smh

That means you haven't seen the form: You successfully managed to ignore the first post of this thread and didn't read a single comment by me and other users, who reminded people of filling out the form. Sorry, but that pissed me off.
