Feb 8, 2015 A h--- of an excellent song. Also, no one gives appreciation to Collect Calls. Once you understand the deep meaning to that song, it really gets a lot better.
Feb 8, 2015 great first post mate...whenever i get a new kendrick member i get 2 minutes boner welcome brah
Feb 8, 2015 Definitely appreciate some good Kendrick music, I more or less got into K in GKMC, but I backtracked of course and got into s--- way back since 2003. Can't wait to see his next record. @Narsh Never said it was that hard to understand, but, some people listen just to listen, most don't really get into the underlying tones within. That song is a d--- good song. Wish it wasn't left out of the main story since it was related to that guy getting killed when they had that s---t out, if I perceived that story correctly.
Feb 16, 2015 Without this track the album isn't a classic, SAM/IDOT is the otherwordly moment, without it.. it's just a really great album.
Feb 16, 2015 I was thinking about my personal top 5 while reading your post, but there too many fantastic tracks to do a worthy one. A top 12 is definitely way more appropiate.
Mar 26, 2015 I remember dodging this track for a while due to the length of it alongside IDOT, but after that, when I listened to it finally, I was just blown away. Great song. I'll never fade away, I'll never fade away I know my fate And then the verse just slowly fades to white noise... Just brilliant.
Mar 26, 2015 Song is perhaps a top 5 all time song for me. Execution was flawless.. Like its still hard for me to even fathom how original the concept was. Said it before I'll say it again Kendrick is a genius.
