Sep 17, 2017 Few weeks ago, still a classic If an album put me on a certain period and still sounds like that period, i dont take the "aged bad" argument into consideration I have always said i dont think its healthy for albums to "age well"
Sep 17, 2017 I feel like there's a difference in sounding of its era and aging badly Aging badly as in 'maybe this passed for the time and was fine then, but now isn't up to snuff' A lot of classic rap sounds old without 'aging badly', in a sense. MMLP for example
Sep 17, 2017 < literally just sharing my experience of relistening and finding flaws of an old album though lol
Sep 17, 2017 Yea thats what i mean, i dont agree with your first use of it here But I know i am in the minority
Sep 17, 2017 I listened to mmlp as well which came out like a year later (?) and it sounded light years fresher and better produced/rapped Just my opinion
Sep 17, 2017 I was about to tell you to shut your f---ing face... until I remembered listening last week passing through almost every track. I kind of agree. In its time it was def worth the rotations. Ps agree w @SliK MMLP waaay better
Sep 17, 2017 Thanks for looking at this objectively and realizing I actually have fair criticisms and even said the album had some good tracks... Easily
Sep 17, 2017 So you can't tell the difference when I'm trolling or not even though if u read the op I have fair criticisms of the album...okay Chaz
Sep 17, 2017 He was sooo d--- edgey and stood out soo much in his time that makes this an automatic classic among other great albums. But as far as the two... I prefer MMLP. But when SSLP dropped.. d--- great day
Sep 17, 2017 i've been saying this for years this is why anytime i feel compelled to actually rank his discog, people get really s-----y with me about my sslp placement
Sep 17, 2017 Of course we're cool I'm just tired of people talking about eminem all the time Doesn't matter if in a positive or negative way
