Jun 8, 2016 Hey what's wrong with my phone? So I downloaded these 3 albums... they play in my iTunes on the computer with no issues But when put them on my iPhone Waves and SWISH are greyed out and it says "item not available" and So Help Me God won't even transfer to my phone at all. Wtf did I do lmao I've never had this issue with music
Jun 8, 2016 I have no idea what the deal was but ignore that ^ My iTunes is having issues... I got the songs to work by transferring them over with a 3rd party app lol
Jun 8, 2016 Idk if it's just me or the way my iTunes is set up, but I figured a way around it without using a 3rd party app. Basically add everything in normally, but wait until all the tracks are synced until you exit the DL folder. Idk if Final experienced the same thing, but once I got out of the DL folder, the songs would be undiscoverable. However all you gotta do is play the song, hit cancel, and it's in just fine. Really weird and there's probably a shorter more efficient way to do it, but it works.
Jun 9, 2016 Weird, so it's not just Windows having this problem. The only thing I did that was weird was used 3rd party tagging software to get rid of all the random tags you can't change in iTunes and to get rid of all the explicit tags since it wouldn't let me tag them all as explicit for some reason. I wonder if that messed it up. @Poohdini @Final what songs were giving you guys problems? I wonder if they're the same one.
Jun 9, 2016 On SHMG it was everything BUT Ultralight Prayer & Saint Pablo, on Swish it was Jukebox Joints - Only One. Nothing on Waves because I waited until I figured the other 2 out 1st.
Jun 9, 2016 iPhone 6 Plus Yea I'm on a Macbook and so I just clicked the whole SWISH and Waves album/folders and dragged them to my iPhone like I normally would using iTunes and it said they were transferring and had the little loading circle when it syncs but it never actually moved them. I closed iTunes and unplugged my phone, reopened iTunes and the albums still had the sync symbol next to them like it was froze trying to transfer still like Poohdini was saying. I checked my phone and the albums were in my library but they were all greyed out and said "item not available" when I tried to play them. On the other hand, So Help Me God just wouldn't do anything at all... I tried clicking and dragging and nothing would happen and it never showed up on my phone. I thought maybe I tried to copy the albums too quickly cause I clicked and dragged them right after each other so the queue grew pretty fast and it just froze idk. I used iMazing which is an iPhone app for moving/copying stuff and it worked just fine
Jun 11, 2016 Banner works! it is the only reason im here, i rarely wander off into the kayne sxn i'm not as much of a kanye fan as i once was, ive played most of the recent tracks at least once but nothing really got me hyped or i totally forgot them, and with the disaster of a release plan i got more annoyed re downloading s---.. now there is so many versions of most songs.. i dont know which ones is complete or legit. official versions got features...and then hey don't ? its become like static or background noise sifting through the demos.. i dont wanna be a A&R or program director.. he should have just waited to release it, and then make a bootlegs and b-sides version and sell it on itunes. i dont know what to call it..TLOP just seems sloppy to me as whole project. so big country thanks for packing em up and giving a break down of what the direction is, i snagged all 3 of em. maybe it will give me a better opinion of his recent work. maybe i'll be completely done with dude. cuz as a person i cant stand him.. kanye reminding everybody how great he is constantly is not for him to say. the people decide and when they do, they dont need reminders it becomes fact or unanimous.. him repeating himself sounds he trying to make me believe a lie he is telling everyone. so thanks fellas , i rolled 2 big blunts and im a sit and vibe with these for a while.
