Nov 22, 2015 I don't see how you can deny "I Am the Greatest" being more than just 'influence.' Like I said, I can see why someone would like it and it's not horrible. This is just the same issue I run into with Travis Scott stans is that they refuse to admit he's ever bit anything. I just hate that people keep being stubborn instead of conceding to reality. There's nothing wrong with liking Logic or Travis, just stop trying to paint them as something they're not. Nah, Antidote is definitely jacking a style straight up. I actually like that song, no lie, but it's very blatantly hopping onto Rae Sremm's sound (he even refs No Type, so he probably knows it too. Doesn't mean it isn't jacking).
Nov 22, 2015 Not denying that. I think it's a little unfair that Logic doesn't get the "yeah, but..." treatment, but other artists do. If he's "biting", I'd consider it a d--- good attempt at approaching other peoples sound his own way.

Nov 22, 2015 I explicitly said i didn't know for sure I'm just going off of what bc said, and that's just one song. I was just arguing that straight up recreating a beat is lamer than sounding like someone. I can f--- with s--- like antidote because it's taking an artists work in a new direction and even though i suppose that is biting, it's done in a manner in which i don't find deplorable.

Nov 22, 2015 Lol. Undeniable doesn't sound that much like take care outside of numbers and set the tone (over a lord knows beat). He's always been influenced by drake I don't have a problem with it. But he masks his influences less these days.
