Dec 1, 2014 There's only so much you can do with diet and nutrition. These ridiculous transformations we see in a few months are from steroids. It's one of Hollywood's worst kept secrets. Whatever Jake was on was a good cycle lol. I remember Brad Pitt took top of the line stuff for Fight Club and he wasn't even big in that movie.

And although I agree he's got good genetics I swear I read(a scorned personal trainer came out in 04) that he did a cycle of winstrol in preparation for the movie which would make sense because from what I understand it really cuts and dries an individual out. But, yeah, now that I just went back at looked his physique in it it's definitely something attainable naturally but I recall him doing it VERY quick so who knows. I honestly think the only actor that doesn't use PEDs to prepare for roles is Christian Bale and that's because he's f---ing psychotic. Didn't he eat like an apple a day for The Machinist? Jesus Christ lol.
