Easily Shady XV Em for me.

Firstly the title track is f---ing brilliant. One of my favourite Em tracks in a while actually, I love rapping along to that s--- and his humour / self-deprecation on that is at an all-time high like his glory days,

"I put that s--- on a greatest hits CD?... NOW THAT WAS AWESOME!!"...

Funny, and cool as f---. I think more of a style/tone in that direction would do well for him. When he's not trying hard to be serious, his lines rarely come off as corny, and the whole thing just packs more of a punch.

Then we have Psychopath Killer Em... amazing verse. Fine Line - great song; Vegas... Amazing. I really don't get the Shady XV hate tbh. As a project it's nothing, obviously, but Em's performance on there... I love. His lyricism, rapping, wit, it's all at a very high level.

Having said all of that - gonna go bump the title track & Fine Line now. As = DOPE AF.

Shady XV is A LOT better imo

Shady XV is a great title track for what it is -- understandable if you're not a big fan of anything too technical but can't deny the skill & humour

Fine Line & GoF are great songs. PK & Vegas are great verses

Don't really like Die alone. DvE is okay. Twisted isn't my kinda thing but it's alright. Right For Me is just Em having fun with his obsessive rhyming schemes so we can let him off(beat)..

It's really not as bad as some people make it out to be tbh

They're not different "eras" lol. They're just stuff in between solo albums. But if we're comparing the two projects, I'd go for Southpaw.
