Aug 30, 2016 He sucks at football, is likely to be cut anyways and his career is over. Who gives a f--- what the entitled brat thinks?
Aug 30, 2016 One thing that really f---s me off in Australia is at a lot of our big sporting events before or after the anthem fuckwits yell out "go *insert team*" during the minute of silence before or after the song. It happened at the ANZAC day game I attended this year. It's our biggest football game 100,000 people attending for a game that commemorates what our fallen soldiers did in gallipoli and you've got thesw airheads yellin s--- out. I think standing should definitely be done during the song and hats taken off too
Aug 30, 2016 being punished for not standing in the national anthem is pure facism.. if it happened in a socialist country the headlines would be way different
Aug 30, 2016 Who cares? Why is this an issue? We always did the pledge at my schools growing up but I opted out by HS partially because I was a super cool teenager who didn't care but also because I actually didn't care.
Aug 30, 2016 Maybe "the conservatives" should stop being "overly-sensitive." Seriously how much of a p---- do you have to be to be offended or up in arms about someone not standing up for a song? Who gives a s---?
Aug 30, 2016 Its not about a song. Its about paying respect your country and the people who died for him to be out there playing football. Its not something people are losing sleep over but sure we are gonna call the guy an a------ for it. In my opinion the "overly-sensitive" is the p---- who felt like he had to send a message but sitting though a tribute and cry about how things arent fair like a child.
Aug 30, 2016 Maybe Kaepernick should go try that s--- in North Korea and see what happens. He has the right to sit down through the national anthem because of what the flag stands for. So its basically just a big contradiction and the guy is a joke.
Aug 30, 2016 tbh I'd rather have some douchebag not stand up for the national anthem than have a whole g--- of douchebags blocking the highway
Aug 30, 2016 All the people that are overly butt hurt about this s--- on my social media timelines are the same people that still think saying "'Merica" and being racist is hilarious. Kaep certainly has a solid point, and I agree with what he's saying - he just should have voiced his opinion in a different manner because all this negative publicity is horrible for him and his team. Should have just stuck to Twitter. He's a pro athlete with millions of followers..
Aug 30, 2016 How is any of this relevant? He said he is not feeling oppressed personally and he hasn't been affected by any of what's happening personally. He is doing it to show support to people without a voice or platform.
