Sep 10, 2016 shouts out to everyone who serves in the military i really appreciate the f--- out of it but I dont need to stand for a d--- song to show that I like this country lol
Sep 10, 2016 It is disrespectful but he has every right to not stand. everyone who cares needs to move on
Sep 11, 2016 Being punished for not standing for the National Anthem is the beginning of transformation into Orwell's "1984". He doesn't support the anthem, for its racist context. He's not a patriot because his country stands with those police officers who commit heinous murders of young black men on a regular basis.
Sep 15, 2016 nationalism is a method of social control and should be rejected by citizens in 'free countries' it stifles dissent, divides the people and allows the ruling class to continue running your country in their favour
Sep 15, 2016 The most surprising thing about this all is that Kaepernick found a way to be very relevant again, never thought that would've happened a couple months ago.
Sep 15, 2016 if i ever placed a song & a piece of cloth, despite what it represents over humanity & equality I'd wanna be dragged and shamed to humble my ignorant a---.. I'm white myself, my wife is black, our kids will be seen as black regardless of my a---, I'm sensitive to that. And for the reasoning behind Kaepernick's stance I'm 100% behind him.
Sep 17, 2016 Imagine standing to salute the national anthem of a country that could legitimately allow a man like Donald Trump to potentially lead it lmao. I'll sit this song out il get up for the next one.
Sep 17, 2016 I'd like to tell you guys, as someone that's in the military, you should see how folks on a military installation react when the national anthem/reveille/colors play. They avoid being outside like the plague so that they don't have to stand at attention and/or salute.
Sep 17, 2016 I love my country but it was still built on genocide and racism. f--- the national anthem, f--- queen Elizabeth
