Em admitted that the rage is gone and that it affects his music. My biggest question is did he channel it the correct way in 2009-10 or was it the pop features? I can answer this. It was the pop features and him doing something brand new. Em didn't do anything like that so, it had millions looking his way. You're Never Over didn't do Proof justice. I am confident that the 4 songs (he had 5 with Difficult about Proof, right?) would be more appealing than his tribute on Recovery. I do not want this to happen but I honestly think Em needs something tragic to happen in his personal life for him to get back the passion he is missing. He is passionate about rap and s--- and that is made clear. What about the emotion, anger, and pain? He channeled it with Castle and Arose. He did a little with touching on Kim again and also him not meeting expectations. If a close family member passes or something he can't avoid then it will garner some dope a--- music out of Em. I do not want it to happen. I think we all need to accept that Em will ONLY be at his prime when he is struggling to even stay alive. He isn't young with that rage anymore. He lost that normal younger angst teenage rage bs. He is older and calmer. I was honestly surprised by him not garnering his Trump hatred better musically. He did it pretty well with Bush. Not amazing but it wasn't as bad as with Trump. His Complex interview shows that his frustration got the best of him for the first time in his career. He mentions not being able to keep track of his thoughts and getting too frustrated. He clearly lost track and didn't slow his thought process down when recording his s--- for Revival about Trump. He honestly could've made a f---ing masterpiece or at least a dope passionate song about Trump. Instead, we get Like Home and Untouchable. The only part I enjoy him mentioning Trump was the stupid grabbing p---- lines on the album. End of rant. sorry, n----s.

You guys don't know what you want. You just expect every album to be his best. Do you realize that he was on drugs before? The old Slim Shady wasn't even real. He was on drugs which was the equivalent of steroids.

Eminem is going to have 2 more albums before he retires. They are going to be Redemption and King Mathers. Redemption will be good. It will be like his last 3 albums though, with a little more songs like Offended. King Mathers will be his last album and it will be on par with his best albums. King Mathers will not have any filler songs on the whole album. It will be very much like The Eminem Show with great voices. He will do a lot of vocal training before his last album. Unfortunately, haters will say that Eminem was cheap for sounding like his old self and is too old.

It's not dead for ME. And I'm not trying to convince myself it's good, I know that it is. I made a comparison between Recovery and Revival. I did a contest between tracks 1 through 16. I liked 8 more on Revival, 4 more on Recovery, and 4 songs were tied.

So it's safe to say that I like the album. And YOU LIKED IT TOO but you flip flopped. So don't be surprised if some of us still like it, because you liked it too. I have no idea what made you change your mind so fast because it's still the same album. The album didn't change, only you did.
