    I think Relapse is by far his worst overall album (though it does have a couple great songs) while Recovery is still the best thing he's done since 8 Mile.

    Relapse is interesting and different even for Eminem. If you listen to it only once in a while its a good album. Kinda like Encore.
    Recovery is most slept on Eminem album. It's miles ahead of MMLP2,Encore,Relapse.
    4th classic for sure

    Encore, Relapse, and MMLP2 all could've been so much better if you replace the bad songs with the bonus tracks. Whoever made the final decision on the tracklists for these did a terrible job. Not sure if final say is done by Em, Paul, or the label.

    I think they're bonus songs because they don't fit thematically with the rest of the album. For example, My Darling and Careful What You Wish for don't fit with the serial killer theme. Same with the bonus disc of MMLP2.
    Though if the album's themes were closer to bonus tracks, it would have been better.

    My Darling and CWYWF were only bonus tracks because he didn't want too much pre-sober material on the album

    He seems to be getting sober on My Darling since he's addressing his addiction in a negative way. I wonder when exactly was it recorded.

    Not sure if it's true but I heard My Darling and Careful What You Wish For were both recorded in 2007 for the King Mathers album. Might be why they didn't make the cut. Beautiful was written while he was in rehab. The rest were all from the 2008-09 Relapse sessions with Dre.

    It's true, but the KM concept was scrapped at that point though

    My Darling was recorded in very early 2008

    He could have put them after Beautiful. Deja Vu and Beautiful are already breaking the keyfabe and it would have been a nice transition to Recovery
