    Eminem just needs simple beats and calm, focused flow. With that, normal, good and pleasant verses come naturally.

    People on here were excited for the solo album, then Em gives one likely throwaway acapella verse, and suddenly some of you all are jumping ship. :lmaooo:

    This! It is literally all he needs. His content has always been all over the place from time to time. It is how he flows and crams so many words into the verses now a days. I am pretty tired of the punchlines and metaphors but they would be tolerable with a calmer flow. f---.

    but we are all tired of the "throwaway" excuse, it's to the point where every feature is "just a throwaway." in his prime every feature, regardless of the name, was hot. we have nothing to go by that gives us any hope for even an average album

    No Favors is probably the only feature since MMLP2 (that I can think of) that's legitimately bad. and the trick trick song

    k--- for you wasn't wasn't bad. Hills was good. medicine man was great. speedom was okay at best. what else am I missing?

    this is just the first time he has brought the freestyle flow and style to an actual song and it is very scary to me because if that was the pre album freestyle (campaign speech) then this will def be his worst album yet

    still convinced this verse was from the same session as Campaign Speech and was just leftover. listen closely and you'll hear the vocals were cut and moved around. he probably jumped in and added some lines/did his adlibs but I highly doubt this was a verse written with Big Sean or No Favors in the picture.

    an example would be "so ahead of my time" after the "graded like a math paper" line. the "S" sound at the beginning sounds like it was cut a bit at the beginning, which to me suggests that it was a segment taken from something else.

    I feel the same, even the flow was almost the same. Waiting for the first single, but as of now i think his new album will sound nothing like this feature or Campaign Speech.
