    just a management deal. they do have an insane contract tho lol. gunn and Conway have creative freedom, and freedom to release whenever on their platform with Griselda, but will release a solo and duo album through shady, then are managed by ROC. that's great for them. they have the independent freedom and still pocket the income of that, but get some percs of major label platform with shady and roc. and some co signs, features and prolly some perks that come from big labels. even though shady records platform is a shell of what it once was or could of been, still doesn't hurt them since they have the independent freedom. not like slaughterhouse or boogie that are prolly locked in, in certain aspects as far as collabs, releases, permissions etc. cool to see these guys do this, bc to my knowledge nothings ever been done like this.
