It’s the context of which in the way Lord Jamar is attacking him —- that’s why I want to see Eminem smash him. Eminem one of the GOATS for sure no matter what anyone says and it will always be controversial.. I don’t even care if he’s a GOAT “rapper” the guy is a GOAT artist. PERIOD.

He will. If Lord Jamar pissing me off then I KNOW he pissing Eminem off man. He represents us. He’s gonna smash him, I have no doubt. Just realize it’s bigger then it looks, Eminem gonna take a lot of flack in this one.. he’s gonna need us. This the kind of beef that’s gonna solidify his legacy in hip hop. It’s iust not as simple as it looks. When he disses Jamar he’s gonna put the spotlight on him and what he’s saying. More rappers will get involved.. it’s gonna turn into a WAR.

That’s why we gotta give Eminem time here, he knows what he’s doing. He ain’t gonna drag us into any battle he can’t handle (sound familiar?) and he can handle this one..

Does anyone remember when Em feat B.o.B - Things Get Worse leaked and someone who was part of making the song released a fully mastered version of it?

I had it when at the time and it sounded so much better but don’t have it anymore and can’t find it online.

The wait was crazy. Eminem’s peak was something of legend. In his prime he literally had rap perfected. The only artist that has actually fully perfected rap music. From the way he pronounced words. To the way he delivered them. And even though the hard core rap fans s--- on encore. It wasn’t a hated album by the casual listener.

When you heard the final song on encore the thought in everyone’s head was d--- he really retiring.

Then Crack a bottle leaked. And as f---ing terrible as it was. The demand, need and want for new Eminem was threw the f---ing roof. And just like that marshal was back.

People stayed up until midnight to see his debut video for we made you. And it crushed us all. We waited so many years and got two really bad songs back to back. Then his accent on relapse got a ton of hate.

I believe The Warning is the last Eminem song where he actually sounded normal.

Relapse had the weird accents
Recovery/BME had a lot of yelling
And from MMLP2 up to Kamikaze his flow has been very inconsistent.

It's already been 10 years since The Warning and I believe it's the last time we've heard Em sound like he did back during The Eminem Show era.

Effortless delivery. No accents, no robotic voice or yelling.

What's up with his voice these days? Is it the way he produces/mixes his music? Putting aside his flow which has been terrible at times, his voice is also very different. Hard to explain. More raspy, robotic maybe?

I'm not saying he should try to replicate his old self. Every artists needs to evolve. But there are better ways to go at it then completely altering the way you rap.

Eminem's music in the last few years has been unbearable for me for this exact reason. I just can't get into his delivery and his voice.

The solution would be to stop forcing 1000 words in one line and just go on a beat and roll with it. No altering flow, stopping, yelling etc.. He has really lost touch of what sounds good on a record.

I know what point your trying to get at here but it definitely wasn’t the last time he sounded ‘normal’.

The Warning for a long long time after it’s release was a standout point where he actually showed a glimpse of the old Em. But he’s definitely done it multiple times since then now.

That Revival rollout was a trip for sure....Guma may have started the Marshall face meme thing. I'll have to look at some of those old posts. Looking forward to getting hyped for some new Eminem...
