It looks like somebody really shot a part of Benzinos brain out, it's the only explanation for his stupidity at this point.

It ended exactly how I predicted it would end the moment I heard he signed Slaughterhouse. SH’s best songs were lyrical miracle type of songs, not the Eminem-esque songs they were doing on Shady. I knew Joe would be a problem at some point. This was a dude who publicly criticized Em on his message board, years before signing. Even Em jokingly said that Joe was going to cause problems in that Shady 2.0 XXL issue. SH should have remained indie and become a festival group like Joe said. They probably would have lasted longer.

It sounds much better in my car, its sharper, so I guess it depends on preference, I still like the CD rip of Cold Wind Blows better, but lots of other tracks do sound great.

He obviously knows relapse got a cult following over the years. Or we wouldn’t have got discombobulated. he should throw it out there for the fans as he works on his next album. The music is there and done so why not.

he should have a stupid Twitter status “Paul thinks I should relapse. Do you think I should relapse 2?” Then drop it the next week

Eminem is no longer a clone, now he's CGI

He now looks like Luke Skywalker from The Mandalorian, who was also created from CGI

At the time of its release, Recovery was much better received, but over the years it seems like Relapse has re-emerged with a cult classic status while Recovery is considered a fairly lame pop project.

What's y'all opinions on both albums?

Relapse is perfect imo. But I love both albums and how different they are.

I think people in general still love Recovery, it's just easier to bump in public.

Relapse was better, but Recovery was more popular.

Relapse was a gift for the fans, Recovery was for the conquest of the world. Both albums are good in their own way.

But with my friends I could mostly only listen to Recovery, all my friends loved this album, even if they didn't listen to rap mostly.

Relapse is the epitome of horrorcore. It talks about all the typical horrorcore s--- without actually trying to scare you and it doesn’t take itself seriously, so you don’t have to either.

Yeah, he was just finalising which songs he said, like which songs he'd put.

50 said it was done and he heard it, and it was 'exciting' and his favourite of the two.

I was listening to 'So Much Better' today, and reminiscing about how, when I first heard the track, I thought it was pretty cringe, and now love it. So I was thinking of some more. When I was growing up 'Who Knew' and 'I'm back' were 2 of my least listened to songs on MMLPOG maybe cuz of the beats, or flow, but now they're 2 songs i always look forward to hearing. We Made You was always just a promo single to me, now its prolly one of my favorite Em songs, the beat is one of the best and most unique he's rapped over, and the fast paced flow is fun to mimic like "Forgit him or ur gonna end up in the hospital again" "You think thats bad, you should hear the rest of my album, never has there been such finess and nostalgia"
So what are some tracks your opinion has evolved on over time? Do you realize why? Are there songs you loved at one time, and not so much anymore? I couldn't think of any my opinion changed negatively on when I wrote this, but I'm sure there's some.

When they first come out you might cringe because of what other people would think about it, then when times passed and public opinion is irrelevant to the song you enjoy it because everyone has forgotten about it. Also maybe your least listened to tracks are now favs because the novelty wore off the others and these are like new because you listened to the a lot less compared to the other tracks on the album

Im not so sure.. CAB and WMY made the cut for other reasons than being among the best. And if there was three albums worth of material, they pick songs based on how they fit the album, not just if it is the best. If Relapse 2 was better like 50 said, theres probably around 5-10 tracks we never heard.. and another 15 for ”Relapse 3”
History showed us that Em normally puts the best songs as bonus, look at mmlp2 for example, Encore as well..
