    Not as big of a misstep as naming an album MMLP2 (although financially this probably only helped with sales) but yes agreed. I think the general population was confused it was a new album.

    Pretty sure it was tribute to the original MTBMB with Alfred hitchcock, with a side A and Side B. Even released side b on the same date.

    I think at this point in Ems career, he's got enough pull to decide if he just wants to execute a creative idea or concept. Kind of like his writing will sometimes sacrifice flow or other aspects sonically, because he'd rather challenge himself with the raw technical side of writing, to keep it from getting stale for him, and stay interesting.

    @StanSXN the past few days I merged a few threads with this one.

    Questions or observations about mtbmb... please use the main side b thread and dont make a new one for every thought that pops in ur head. Same goes for other similar subjects. Its fine to discuss eminem, but a side bar with 5 eminem threads w subjects that can be discussed in a thread like this, that's what this - as well as the main threads - is for

    I think it was a smart move, also, making it a deluxe eases the pressure on him to sell alot, since whatever it sells is just added to the original. He can be more relaxed, and just do what he wants, which is what most hardcore fans seem to want. Side B sounds more like a mixtape or so. Not a bad thing.

    I can't believe how hard it is to find a Physical CD WAV or FLAC rip of Side B at this late date. I found release info for 1 but not the files. Would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction. If you want proof I supported, I'll show you my receipt for the Limited Edition Vinyl.

    I agree. As soon as I saw GNAT for the first time I knew something was up. Side B Em doesn’t even look remotely like Em at all.
