    Thoughts on Tarkin and Leia's CGI? I noticed Tarkin's and in his scenes it held my attention, which may not necessarily be a good thing, but I still think it was great. But Leia, err. Not bad, but it was too obvious. I don't think they needed to include her, or they could've done it differently.

    Yeah I'm back and forth on it. I'm bringing my kids this week, so we'll see if I still love it.

    Like I said, the story drew me in, even though I KNEW what the story was about. The characters really didn't connect with me like TFA or the originals, but they were OK. Like, I really didn't care about Jyn much, but I liked the Chirrut, the droid, and Cassian. Cassian was interesting to me, I actually wish he was the main character, because he seemed the most ruthless, for the most part.

    As far as the tie fighter, I was kinda happy that it didn't show up. I felt like she would've easily died there, even though it was a cool shot...

    Yeah, it's just a very different Star Wars movie. For me, it feels more OT, mostly because it starts, literally moments before ANH. But, it still does bridge the gap really well, in my opinion. They don't force anything, but they also don't ignore it.

    I think episode 8 will have some call backs to the prequels too, but I'm not totally sure.

    I really enjoyed the movie... I can't decide between this or Force Awakens.

    The last 10 minutes were f---ing amazing though.

    It was almost like playing him in Force Unleashed, that dude who was in the suit must have been dreaming to do that in a SW movie for so long

    Half of the starwars movies released are already pretty bad. I honestly don't see these newer movies hurting the name anymore than say, episode 1 or 2. :jordan:

    I'm all about that life. I'd like them to explore it.

    And yeah @Slyk I was OK when they said every other year we'd get a new Episode, but I think these "Star War Story" movies are a bit much.

    Except Rogue One... I won't lie, I was excited when I heard about it.

    I just have a vision of

    Vader suspending a bunch of rebels in mid air, and force choking them, or cutting them down with his saber

    But I doubt they'll be that violent lol
