looking past things that the general public claims make these films “Terrible,” there is a genuine and honestly great story that can not only stand on it’s own as a film series, but contributes to the original trilogy and overall moral told in the Saga itself. Although, many of the essential story elements and themes found in these prequels are muddied by the great abundance of negative aspects that these films have become famous for. The Star Wars Prequels are not bad on the surface they may seem that way, though through the “denseness” there is a brilliant story to witness.

I just appreciate the story that is being told in the prequels but obviously the originals are a thousand times better

Here is the new How It Should Have Ended video parodying Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. I found this one to be pretty funny. Enjoy.

anakin is one of the most developed character ever, the prequels had faults but it still told a great story

    Ehhhhh idk.

If we're talking about the actual fighting? Sure, Anakin vs Obi was better. I'm not like most where I'll nitpick the fight scenes with the light sabers in the prequels. I loved Anakin vs Obi and I loved Obi and Qui Gon vs Maul... I thought those fights were awesome.

Granted, I hated the dialogue, but Ewan McGregor was awesome at the end of that fight. That might've been the best acted scene of the entire prequels. Just an awesome job by him.

But, I just can't describe the tension I felt in ESB when Luke enters and Vader says "The Force is with you young Skywalker...but you are not a Jedi yet..." and those light sabers ignite, and the first clashes... God d---.

And the whole time you're thinking Luke is fighting the man that killed his father, and obviously Obi-Wan.

Then when Luke impresses Vader, when Vader uses the force to throw Luke out the window (remember, this is when you're FIRST seeing the full nature of the Force) and then the reveal....

    Just, un-f---ing-believable.

If your a star wars fan and haven't seen this yet, please watch it. I'm a believer and you should be to. The actor who played Jar Jar confirmed it. Turns the prequels from being utter dog s---, to f---ing brilliant. I mean f--- man. It explains all the characters making piss poor decisions during all three films, and just acting like complete idiots the whole time. Poor direction, Over use of cgi, and some poor dialogue/acting is still there, but over all, if this really is true, I have a whole new respect for Lucas and the prequels.

Wow. This changes everything. If Lucas hadn't made Jar Jar so goofy so to avoid backlash of the character and had maybe stuck to his original storyline then this could have worked out really well. This all makes a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing.

Jar Jar is the key to all of this.
