Anyways, here's some theories I've heard Finn Spoiler The First Order programmed their stormtroopers, and Finn will have to battle their programming, and the Force... Or, he might be a secret weapon by the First Order. Which IDK how I feel about that lol Rey Spoiler That Rey's the new chosen one, born from the Force, like Anakin, but her biggest power is being able to retain and learn powers extremely fast. I don't see how this works, because it seems that she is going to be trained by Luke, unless she's just recruiting Luke for the Resistance.... But, I highly doubt this one either I really don't like or agree with this one. Kylo Ren Spoiler Kylo Ren is pulling a Snape. If you have read the Harry Potter books, or seen the films, you know Snape was a good guy, acting bad, to get close to Voldemort. Same concept with Kylo Ren getting close to Snoke. Kylo Ren asks Han for help in killing him, so Snoke will further trust him. But yeah, he's basically learning the Dark Side, maybe as a mission by Luke, and he's trying to finish what Anakin started, by destroying the Dark Side, or destroying Snoke... I don't believe this one either, because it's been said that Kylo was kidnapped at a young age by the Knights of Ren and they poisoned his mind... Just a few theories I've seen that I figured I'd share.
Dec 25, 2015 I have a weird theory about Rey. I feel like her being lukes daughter is way too obvious and theyre going to throw a curve ball with her character. Sooooooo what if she is Vaders daughter who was born in the period of return of the jedi? -Timelime would make sense if that was the case -Would be why Kylo is scared when he hears about a girl, especially when he realizes she has the force -"lukes" lightsaber was calling her in the dungeon, that was anakins saber broseph -in ROTJ vader acknowledged him having a daughter but never mentioned her by the name of Lea -during Empire, when Luke is training with yoda and force ghost kenobi luke bails and yoda said theres one more hope if he does, it was always implied thats Lea, but lets be real she isnt being a hero, it could very well be Rey If ive gone too deep down the rabbit hole feel free to yank me out
Dec 25, 2015 It would be really cool if Rey turns out to be Spoiler Obi Wan's daughter that would be a great curveball especially since a lot of people and the GA think she's either Han or Luke's kid
Dec 26, 2015 Her being Vader's daughter would be interesting but she is clearly supposed to be in her early twenties. TFA takes places 30 years after ROTJ. She's to young I would say. I imagine she's Luke's daughter or Han's. Or perhaps completely unrelated to the Skywalker's. Although I was hoping she would have some tie to the original trilogy and the Skywalker line. Hoping to see more Poe in Episode VIII and hoping that Snoke, Darth Plageius, and Jar Jar are all the same person. Would be a dope twist.
