Dec 4, 2016 Jesus Christ this chick absolutely fails at acting. Her only role in life should and is "Mother of Dragons". Every single other attempt she has made at acting ends in cringe failures. This movie is going to s--- d-ck if they think adding a random popular actor is going to be what it needs. We need more nameless people like EP 7. The f---.
Dec 4, 2016 final she had one other role of note in the terribly written terminator movie... dont judge on the god awfulness of that script
Dec 5, 2016 I'm a huge Star Wars fan and an even bigger Han Solo fan, but they can f--- off with that movie. Same as the Boba Fett one. Rogue One is gonna be great though.
Dec 6, 2016 yeah I honestly don't think Han Solo's adventures with Chewbacca is something i'd be keen on. just seems a bit useless. think a Boba Fett movie could be alright though. there's not a whole lot of info on him in the movies at all and he has barely any dialogue. One of his stories in the extended universe though is like (from memory), him surviving in the sand-c---- monster's stomach after he falls in it, then eventually figures a way out. I barely remember it, but it showed off that Boba wasn't just some cool looking bounty hunter but was a smart as s--- survivalist kinda dude too. He's meant to be an un-altered clone of Jango and Jango's a Mandolarian and mercenary, assasin, warrior, bounty hounter, etc etc. I think it'd be really cool if they did something like showcase how Boba is a bounty hunter and impartial to the force and have him work with both darkside and lightside force users. They could also try and push the darkside/lightside not being so good and evil black and white. One of the best part about Star Wars books I read when I was a kid was that they showed sith and jedi in both positive and negative light. In the movies it's hinted at, but that's about it and sith are objectively bad while jedi are objectively good.
Dec 6, 2016 Adding to this, there was a similar story with Jango pre clone wars. Basically the mandalorians had a civil war and the "good" mandalorians that Jango joined as a kid and has just become leader of, starts hunting down the "bad" mandolorians that killed his family. The guy who killed Jango's family ends up framing Jango and his mandolarians, by killing innocent people and blaming it on Jango's men. That guy then calls up the jedi and pretty much says Jango is killing innocent people, so the jedi got involved and that's why Jango hates jedi/was on the "evil" side in the movies. they could really do something similar with Boba and i'd f---ing love it tbh.
Dec 6, 2016 (oh and @Fitzy only cus you told me the REAL parts of harry potter books. from that Jango story above, from memory the jedi killed all or a heap of his men and in a fit of rage he killed like 4 of them with nothing but his bare hands the fucken savage. Count Dooku heard about it and that's why he hired him)
Dec 7, 2016 I've never been a huge Boba Fett fan. I think he's overrated as f---. I've been watching clips on Youtube of Rebels and they apparently brought back Darth Maul. Had some weird story about him doing kinda the same thing as Boba Fett that you just mentioned. Rebels seems like an awesome cartoon series from what I've seen.
Dec 7, 2016 yeah it's weird as. In clone wars, you find out Darth Maul actually didn't die, was trapped at the bottom of some desolate waste s--- hole with no way out and no legs. Eventually meditated some sith-spider-force-robot legs from the rubble or some s--- and went insane for years, till he was found by his brother (yellow darth maul with bigger horns). The two then basically plan to get vengeance for Maul losing his legs and they start hunting obi wan. (not sure what the f--- happened after clone wars, but for whatever reason darth maul never died and popped back up in rebels, hunting jedi and collecting sith knowledge.) it's a bit weird, but pretty cool because Maul was literally nothing more than a Pawn to Sidious and Sidious was still under Paguies training and Plaguies enforced 'the rule of two' on Sidious. Which means, Darth Maul was a secret, never intended to live very long and was literally just a tool for sidious to dispose of whenever he wanted/needed to. 100% guarantee if he hadn't of not-died against obi wan and went back to Sidious, it would have only been a matter of time before Sidious had no use for him. Sidious also knew the rule of two causes a sith apprentice to get so pwer hungry they eventually k--- their masters, so Sidious held back LOTS of information and raised Maul as an assasin rather than sith - which is probably why he's embarking on the quest for knowledge and power right now. no lie rebels is actually pretty f---ing cool here and there. It's just like the clone wars series though - I feel like a lot of the plot/story is covered with filler garbage. But some episodes show off some really f---ing cool s--- relating to star wars lore. Lots of cut/scrapped scenes that pop up here and there too. like Yoda meeting a sith ghost to discuss the rule of two >>>>>>> (not rly sure where this is from tbh. but judging by the intro im guessing it was one of many scrapped ideas/scenes for clone wars, thrown into the star wars lego game as a bonus?)
Dec 7, 2016 That scene is from the exclusive Netflix season, Yoda was the last arc on it and Darth Bane was voiced by Mark Hamill.
Dec 13, 2016 just saw this, was invited to an advanced screening (first one in NYC), I thought it was very good. no spoilers.
Dec 16, 2016 I'll stand by what I said when this spin-off was announced, the prequel we deserved. 9/10
Dec 16, 2016 This was f---ing dope. The last moments of the movie to me would make the top 5 star wars moments of all time. Spoiler Darth Vader
