Yes they have a responsibility to either educate him or put a case against him for being harrassive.

There's no other way around it. If he comes back to class, he'll start being troubling again. Until he gets mental help for his (clearly) emotional problems it'll continue.. that, OR he gets detained.

Drag his a--- out of the class and have him deal with his 'troubles'. I'm sorry I can't feel sorry for these kids. In the other case I partly agreed with @Narsh and partly with @JMG but in this case I wouldn't feel sorry for those b------s if they got forcefully removed

How is that gonna solve his insane behaviour? It'll only make him more hateful.

He needs to respect the teacher. Yes, afterwards, sure, he can get help. But at that moment he needs to be punished for his behaviour, not getting compassion.

    Expelling is the better option.

Hate vs Hate = more hate

If you think this is a lie, i will never agree with your opinion on these matters.

theres a reason they used to spank kids in school.. but everyone became p-----s and the students took over. i can imagine how hard it must be for teachers in the ghettos. i know its not the kids fault because they weren't raised properly. they need a good a--- whopping though and i dont care who gives it to them..

oh and BTW.. this is a result from the how the young girl that got removed acted. the kids saw that video and the reaction from it and thought it was ok to act like that. people like @Narsh praised the behavior and now look.

Wrong, their parents didn't have the same opportunities as yours because of institutional/societal racism. So coming back in and punishing them for not being obedient is double punishment.

If you were in charge of those kind of things those places would be a total disaster with no respect and every kid doing whatever the f--- he/she wants

Nope, the person disrupting would be expelled and their parents would be involved to see if the situation can be solved and if that's not the case i would look at counseling/permanent expellment.

What is a punch/degrading act gonna solve about his future behaviour? He'll prolly still be a jerk to people...

I never said they didn't need help with their problems.. just that I don't think they should just get away with behaviour like this without punishment

Your kind of punishment is simple violence (which will most surely incite more hatred and result in less developed brains lol). My punishment is an expellment of school and an absence of their thrill: being funny/popular/cool in school.

First of all, they were not funny or cool.. this was harrassment. And I never said violence is the answer, just that they need punishment and that I wouldn't mind them being dragged out of the classroom. Even @Narsh agreed in this case, while he was on your side in the other thread

Why does it matter if Narsh agrees? Because he's not white? That's racist m8.

BTW: you're saying violence isn't the answer yet claim being dragged out the classroom is a punishment.. how is that not humiliating/violent?

BTW2: check the vid, there were kids in the class who clearly thought he was funny.. and being there's not one kid standing up.. it's fair to assume he's the popular kid in the class.
