    If you were a white person in a black persons court or vice versa for all available races, the study would be the same.

    It's all race v. race bias anyway. Can't help but to have preconceived notions against each other.

    This suggests all societies are inherently prejudice. That might be true to some extent. You'll always have those people who will stereotype and walk across the street or lock their car doors when they see certain people. This runs much deeper though and certainly more context and variables are to be considered than "all societies are prejudice."
