Jun 29, 2016 No, in fact , you are the ignorant ones and you are in fact learning something I know, i know, it goes against the narrative, religious people act this way sometimes too.
Jun 29, 2016 Are you Ashton Kutcher? Is this the new Punkd format, internet style? You can come out man.
Jun 29, 2016 How do you know? You studied the case? You read another article on religionofpeace.com and since it's on internet, it must be true? You live in Europe and talk with Muslims on a daily basis?
Jun 29, 2016 I'll try to explain you since this is actually a quite confusing subject and makes no sense for most foreigners Let's start off by saying that this type of systematic racism is only present in the USA and maybe Australia. Other cases in different countries are more related to xenophobia First, Jim Crow: But this was 50 years ago, shouldn't black people be in a equal position? Well, not really Since their communities and culture have been already segregated and most of them had literally no money to begin with, their starting point was a s-----y one Poor people = Crime, so police started targeting them and set a racial profile to eradicate the "problem" Here's the deal: If you're black and from the suburbs, you virtually have the same opportunities as everyone else (aside from police treatment) A strong culture and good managment can lead you to success, reason why Nigerians are the most educated ethnic group in America However, that's not the case for most black people, and the key here is denouncing some of the horrible things the American police has done to their respective communities At the end of the day, it's more about low class discrimination, but it absolutely exists
Jun 29, 2016 I just explained why and how it works, try to debunk it with information rather than petty insults
Jun 29, 2016 You didn't explain how Muslims in Europe aren't victim of systematic discrimination actually
Jun 29, 2016 Lol, i wonder if you know what ignorance means No, i simply ask for some evidence into your claim of oppression , giving my own arguments. OMG, i give one opinion, with some evidence that for educational puprose i WANT you to contest, so if there's something im missing, i would wan't you to tell me. And because you disagree with that opinion you start abusing. Instead of proving me wrong. Yet you can f---ing play victim when @JMG calls you a f--. And youll cry like a b---- too. Don't worry though, im not judging you as bi, im lumping you with @WPG as idiots f--- off*
Jun 29, 2016 Because you're not making an argument about how they are being systematically victimized to start with Make one
Jun 29, 2016 There's a lot more to it than that. You don't "virtually" have the same opportunities as a white person raised in the same neighborhood and income. It's still tougher to get a job, same pay, and of course everyday prejudice
Jun 29, 2016 You explicitly claimed Muslims aren't victim of systematic discrimination, you should be informed about the topic and be able to explain why
Jun 29, 2016 @Pato v2 What are the criteria's needed to be able to call islamophobia in Europe systematic?
Jun 29, 2016 I posted a Wikipedia link quoting every single case of systematic racism and xenophobia in modern history, and none of them included the topic in hand Third one is social I'd like accurate sources to prove that this happens, most of the studies I've found are either about a few business places or tests that are flawed in execution I have no issue believing that this is actually occurring so I'm interested Like I said before, police brutality, wage gap, jobs, education... Your neighbour posting a Facebook status saying "f--- Muslims" is not systematic racism
Jun 29, 2016 Yeah, you see, i really do understand that bit. It's the same thing over here where black families that married into white ones generally made it out of slavery better than those who were stuck in poverty, so we have a dynamic where most of the richest people in my country are the much lighter skinned (still black) individuals. and then there's the fact that police brutality is an even worse problem here than in america, and the reasons are simply that young men from poor and very dangerous districts are very easy to frame as criminals, and d--- well some of the times they k--- someone its actually a wanted criminal. What you said is what is what im trying to get through as my main point. Because being black never stopped obama from being president, but it did stop him from ever being a target for police brutality. It's more about class than anything else. So it's really not racism. But why the f--- can't these people here have a discussion about it instead of getting emotional and being ignorant about it. Im not saying that the element of racism doesn't exist. What im saying is that that element exists in the individual policemen who think that shooting a black guy is easier to get away with than shooting a white one. But that doesn't mean white people aren't victims of this either. That teen that was shot at while driving away looked white to me. So while police brutality is a problem , it's simply not enough to say that society, or the country or the system is racist.
Jun 29, 2016 In that case I can confirm you, from what I see everyday and if you give me five minutes, I'll find some links, that systematic racism against (Muslim) Arabs and Turks sure as h--- exists here
