    Bottom four have different lighting, top one @Narsh has clearly lost weight, and lots of lower quality cameras tend to track movement weirdly to where it contorts things ever so slightly. Don't believe me, take a selfie while slightly moving around and see how your face appears slightly more stretched. Now think about the fact that that's a random thumbnail in a video of narsh talking the whole time so it's just enough movement to cause that.
