    Hhmmm.... Ok, now let's think this: I get the permission to use "Skylar Grey" for example, I think that she can only be featured 3 times in general, so if the owner of Skylar let me use her 2 times on my album can i use her for 2 songs ?

    Producers aren't allowed, just artists a.k.a. rapper, singer and stuff. Producers aren't allowed as some kind of punishment for not having enough producers on your label because you missed your chance to get a variety of producers. That's also some kind of help for people with several producers. That's kinda your mistake if you only have one producer.

    Skylar Grey can be on as many songs as possible as long as every album has max. 3 features
    example: Skylar Grey can be on 20 songs on your album and on every other album 3 times
    Only the amount of features on the album does matter, it doesn't matter who the feature is
