Anyone else f--- with these dudes?

They only have one project out, The Wild EP. s---'s crazy. They got SGP and Denzel Curry on it, and if I remember correctly Ye actually e-mailed this dude and told him he was dope, and the artwork for this supposedly inspired the Watch The Throne images of Ye and Jay lookin all animal-esque.

Not yet man, I have the tape in my desktop but haven't listened yet, didn't want to just skim through it. I listened to g--- and The Wild though, kinda weird production. Is the rest of the tape like this? Sounds a bit like Death Grips influence I think

Yeah the whole thing is weird as f---, that's why I like it. It's really envelope-pushing stuff so I can understand why some might not like it, but it has that Death Grips/Yeezus "progress at any cost" type vibe where you can tell they're really trying to distance themselves from the pack. Also, if you've ever dropped acid, there's sort of like a familiarity or understanding of the project that adds to the music in the same way being a stoner would make Curren$y more enjoyable.

If you've ever played any of the Far Cry's these guys are perfect because it's like crazy weird wild techno type beats that almost feel like ambient music for crazy people at times, and there's like animal noises thrown in so it fits really well. The whole inspiration behind the tone of the project was this guy took acid and then like had this idea of the concept of like harmony between the wild and modern civilization (or something like that)

So like the whole album sounds like you're having an acid trip running through a jungle being chased by wild animals while badass ambient techno type stuff plays... Which actually describes a few parts of the game lol

Haven't seen this post man, but yeah I've played FC3 and 4 now, it fits. Listened to the album last night btw and it was good, kinda stressful at times though lol, kinda reminded me of this despite not being very similar
