Apr 21, 2017 I have to agree with people here who say yoi have to get used to it. Not by listening to the same song again -I always laugh when I see people say 'after 4 listens I still dont like it' like why the f--- would you listen to something more than once if you dont like it- but by listening to one of his mixtapes. After a while I liked him except that high pitched stuff which is too hard to understand. But to me its the same, recycled beats. Yeah they change the melody/instruments a little but the actual beat is always the same. And if it was just thug, fine. But almost all of them do it. I rather listen to pacifier or good times which is something different than the same s--- -also on ss1/2/3 he also raps over some other beats
Apr 21, 2017 its from people who like d--- and TPAB and Eminem. the beats arent slow enough for their low iq brains to understand. anything that isn't jazz history in beat form or a snoozefest album is literally a copy and paste to them.
Apr 21, 2017 agree on wyclef jean, actually one of the rare instances i've heard where i enjoyed one of his songs a bit wasn't a fan of kt or kw tho, and we'll have to agree to disagree on the others not being generic still doesn't fix things for me tho to cherry pick a couple recent examples out of hundreds of thugs songs and the huge amount of other artists with a similar sound and similar taste in production doesn't help either
