Apr 23, 2018 I heard the same. But then I saw conflicting reports saying it was more half and half. With half loving it and half hating it. I did hear from a source that’s apparently pretty trustworthy that there is a scene that goes on for several minutes that is done all in one take. I usually love when a movie does this so hopefully it’s executed well.

Apr 24, 2018 Anyone else also SUPER hyped about John Carpenter scoring this too? We all know his original theme was the best Halloween theme. Creepiest horror music ever IMO. I have 100% faith he will do this new score justice.

Apr 24, 2018 I think he’s just trying to protect his film like anyone would. Jason Blum said he has seen a first cut so it exists. And while the reactions to the film could be false I heard there was for sure a test screening. Either way I’m not panicking. They have plenty of time to change the film if they feel they need to. Maybe the ending was just one of two or more they were considering. The actual final cut of the film probably won’t be completed until a few weeks before the film is out.
Apr 25, 2018 Not out of the ordinary for a movie to have a first cut a couple months after post production. It is entirely possible.
Apr 26, 2018 Read the description of the trailer. Sounds like they should have called it A Feminist's Halloween. Pass. In all seriousness Halloween 2 was Godly. This one can't surpass that.
