    WWDC = June 5

    Speculate what'll be introduced to iOS 11 and/or other announcements.

    my guesses:
    • visual voicemail (facetime voicemails)
    • group facetime chat
    • mark text/imessages as unread
    • change default browser (this is more hopeful than anything)
    • assign custom sounds to app notifications
    • control center customization (doubtful)
    • deeper 3rd party integration with Siri
    • rotate video recording orientation without physically turning your device
    • lots of enhancements to Siri
    • Mail app enhancements...lingering bugs from iOS 10 boost
    ...sounds like they may announce new hardware as well: mbp refresh, iPads

      • refinements to previous version
      • safari
        • "safari is worlds fastest desktop browser"
        • autoplay blocking in safari to stop ads from playing video/audio
        • intelligent tracking prevention to protect privacy
        • mail search: uses spotlight to identify top hits
        • mail: splitview to show inbox on left, compose on right
        • mail uses 35% less disk space to store emails now
        • photos: filtering, new views, face recognition, synchronization of categorizing, new editing tools (curves to fine tune contrast, selective color, jump right into photoshop), etc.
        • Apple File System (APFS) coming to macOS
        • H.265 (40% better compression than H.264), helps support 4k+
        • Metal2... super nerd stuff that helps graphics go boom
        • VR engines coming to the mac
